Frequently Asked Questions
Processing times may vary, but generally fit the following guidlines:
- Items in stock (printed) usually take up to 1 business day (starting day after order date) but are commonly shipped out same-day.
- Items pre-ordered (to be printed) usually take up to 2-3 business days if we have the filament material in stock. However, if we need to order materials, the total processing time (including printing time) may be up to 7 days, to allow for material delivery.
Shipping Times:
-- Item delivery times once handed off to delivery carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex) are controlled by those carriers and are based on the shipping type selected for the corresponding carrier.
For most of our orders, P3D ships using USPS Ground Advantage, unless another option has been chosen by the buyer.
We have a 14-day return policy, starting the date of delivery.
Items can be returned for full refund or item exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged.
